Systems and Methods
Here you can read briefly about some of the main Methods and System that guide my study path and make up my therapeutic resources.
BodyTalk System

BodyTalk is a consciousness based healthcare system. All of BodyTalk techniques are based on the idea that any imbalance begins at the level of consciousness.

The system is structured based on knowledge from Chinese Medicine, neuroscience, astrology, quantum physics, epigenetics and Vedanta Advaita philosophy. Our training involves many specializations and continued study.
BodyTalk is a systemic therapy, based on the model of dynamic systems, understanding that each part contributes to the whole and everything works according to the interaction with the rest of the system. It's a "relationship therapy".
The body's innate wisdom is a self-regulating force that maintains synchronized communication between the parts. When this capacity is diminished, countless problems can arise, of all kinds (psychic, emotional, physical, relational.).

So how does BodyTalk work?
Through structured intuition and supported by the System's techniques and procedures, the therapist identifies what is out of balance in the body-mind.
When the priority to be observed reveals itself, communication between the parts can be reestablished, facilitating the synchrony of the whole, stimulated through non-invasive techniques that involve visualizations, subtle touches in different areas of the body and specific breathing.
In this "conversation with the body" that the system proposes, the BodyTalk therapist, as an observer of innate wisdom, is a facilitator of changes in the body-mind complex, improving communication and assisting the processing, for example, of stagnant emotions.

Based on these principles, any illness can be observed and supported, in people of any age (including fetuses).

Constelação Sistêmica

"In the systemic procedure it is about being able to see the complete and the whole."
Bert Hellinger

Observing that certain relational arrangements are essential for the flow of life, Bert Hellinger develops the Family Constellations method/technique, and reveals to us that certain premises are fundamental for the harmony of our relationships, in all areas of life.

A Constellation facilitator can help the client experience the possibility of recognizing, seeing, the root of the disorder that is reflected as a problem in their life. From there, a path to a solution can then emerge.

Family Constellation is a powerful and transformative experience that helps you find a new perspective on personal problems and challenges.
Método Pilates

The Pilates Method is composed of physical exercises created by the German Joseph Pilates, which aims to improve flexibility, muscular strength, posture and motor coordination.
The practice is recommended for people of all ages and physical conditions, from beginners to high-performance athletes.
Pilates Method exercises are performed on the floor or with the help of equipment. They are performed in a slow and controlled manner, with an emphasis on breathing and the connection between the body and mind.
Pilates Method exercises can be adapted to the individual needs of each practitioner. Some of the benefits of the practice include improving posture, relieving muscle pain, increasing flexibility and muscle strength, as well as providing relaxation and well-being.
Método GDS

Do you know what is the
GDS method?
"... in general terms, it is a Belgian method of body reading and movement re-education, which works on the prevention and treatment of dysfunctions of the locomotor system, based on the understanding that the human being is organized into a globality, which involves psycho- behavioral, organic, sociocultural, genetic, biomechanical, etc.
The purpose of the GDS Muscle and Joint Chains is not just to teach exercises... on the contrary... it is to provide an accurate reading of the mechanical behavior, or rather, this body language that we carry. It is our printed history and where our role begins. Do you understand?
From reading the morphological marks and delimiting the terrain of predispositions, we will be able to choose what will be the “guiding thread of the work strategy" and whatever the tool used in clinic (be it specific to the method or already part of another experience) may be adjusted appropriately."

Reiki

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan in the early 20th century.
The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words - "rei", which means "universal" and "ki", which means "vital energy". Reiki practitioners believe that this universal life energy flows through all living things and can be harnessed to promote healing. During a typical Reiki session, the patient lies or sits comfortably while the practitioner places hands on or near the patient's body in a series of hand positions. The practitioner then channels the energy through their hands into the patient's body, with the aim of promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Many people find Reiki to be a calming and peaceful experience, and it is often used in conjunction with other forms of traditional medical treatment. There is evidence to suggest that Reiki can be useful for promoting relaxation and reducing stress, and since 2007 it has been recognized by the WHO as an aid in the treatment of pain. Many attest that Reiki is a useful complement to other medical treatments, it just should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
Método Ivaldo Bertazzo

The Ivaldo Bertazzo Method is a movement system that aims to raise body awareness and develop expressiveness through an approach that combines elements of dance, theater and body therapy. It is a practice that can be performed by people of all ages and physical abilities, and has been used in a variety of contexts, including education, health, art and performance.
The method was created by Brazilian dancer and choreographer Ivaldo Bertazzo, and is widely recognized for its innovative and effective approach to physical and artistic training. It is based on the idea that human movement is an organic and dynamic process, involving the integration of body, mind and emotion.
The method consists of a series of exercises and practices that aim to improve body awareness and expressiveness, using breathing, stretching, muscle strengthening and motor coordination techniques. Exercises are performed individually and in groups, and are adapted to the needs and abilities of each participant.
The Ivaldo Bertazzo Method has been widely used in schools, universities, rehabilitation clinics, dance and theater companies, and by people seeking to improve their quality of life through conscious movement and body expressiveness. It is a practice that has helped many people to overcome physical, emotional and creative limitations, and to discover new ways of relating to their own bodies and the world around them.
